Shadowbind: Cannot be used.
Last Breath: Cannot be used.
Aphonia: Will only silence somebody for about an hour, before it wears off.
Nightmare: Cannot be used.
Ague: Cannot be used.
Rockseal: Cannot be used.
Oblivion:  It's very weak - somebody hit by it will forget small things like where they left their other sock, but it'll return by the next day.
Ultima Masher: Still rather powerful, but will drain a lot of energy from Telma. Thus, a last resort sort-of move.

Concentrate: Telma's eyesight is better then the normal Viera, and as such, she can aim her attacks better.

Fire Whip: Fire damage and may inflict Disable. The disabling effect is dulled - it may injure your leg, it'll heal quickly.
Earth Heal: Heals using Earth element. No change.
White Flame: Heals using Earth element. No change.
Shining Air: Wind damage and may inflict Blind. No change - the blinding effect'll only affect you for a bit, though.
Evil Gaze: Dark damage and may inflict Confuse. No more Confuse.
Heavy Dust: Earth damage and may inflict Immobilize. No change.
Sliprain: Water damage and may inflict Slow. No Slow.

Cure: No change. Will heal small scratches, and dull pain a little.
Cura: No change. Heals more then Cure - will dull the pain from broken bones, but won't repair them.
Fire: No change. Summons a tiny flame.
Blizzard: No change. Summons a block of ice.
Thunder: No change. Summons a small bolt of lightning.

Phoenix: No limit - Telma can still summon her Esper, however, Phoenix cannot bring back the mortally wounded or dead.
Half MP: No change. Telma tends to use Concentrate, however.

Character & Canon: Telma, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance OC.
District: Astralfield.

Personality: Telma is a person who's endured quite a bit in her short existance - because she's a dream, her life hasn't been as long as she remembers. No, she's recently come to terms with the fact that her first true memories are awakening as a clansperson, in the Clan Wars of Ivalice. She does not like talking about her false past - she'll clam up if you ask about her childhood, but she'll... talk a little about her quest to collect all the Espers of Ivalice.

What Telma does know about herself, however, is that she's a great warrior. She's mastered all Assassin and Elementalist skills (along with the skills she needed to become an assassin/summoner, though these skills have been lost to her mind), and was working on Summoner skills when she arrived in the lands of the true Ivalice. She does equate her skills with her well-being - if she wasn't strong, she wasn't worth it. This is why she's challenging the Espers - because if she's strong, she should be able to defeat them, she should be able to prove she's meant to exist.

When alone, Telma is a quiet Viera, tending to keep to herself. Telma, like many Viera, tend to prefer the sounds of nature over the hustle and bustle of the city - heck, Telma would have never entered a city in the real Ivalice if it wasn't for her best buddy Moogle, Brish.

Telma has trouble speaking about her problems, her fears of vanishing like any other dream - or just becoming a fighting machine, like she hears that Theodore, another member of her clan, has become. The only one she'd trust was Brish - which is odd, because she is not a fan of others like him. She doesn't like excitable people who pry too much, and who act like morons. Except for Brish.

In fact, her relationship with people, of all different races, is... odd. Telma tends to befriend those she's helped out during missions before, and tends to protect them. However, if she was questioned about it, she would deny that she cared. Because, well, she doesn't want to care too much. It's just hard to not care for those younger then her, and since Telma's a Viera, she's older then most people who request the services of her Clan.

Questions/Comments/Concerns: She'll be coming in with a White Chocobo - her clan travels by them, after all. This is alongside her Esper, Phoenix, who she can summon at will.

Her abilities, and how they'll be suppressed, is over here. A lot of her abilities have been lost to the Mist, though, and as such those are the only one's she'll know.

Since Viera can hear spirits from other worlds, how would that work here? It's canon that they can hear the Land of Espers, at least - I can imagine that'd stop working, except for her and Phoenix - but would there be any spirits from this land she could hear or not?

Her universe is a pet AU where every FF shares one Ivalice - however, at the point I'm pulling Telma from, she doesn't know any characters from other Final Fantasy games. The Ivalice of FFTA was a false land created by the Grimore, and only a few people managed to survive, Telma and her Clan being some of them.
